Peer Review Process

Peer Review Process

Every manuscript submitted to E-Bis undergoes a rigorous selection process to ensure the quality, originality, and methodological reliability of the published work.

1
Initial Screening & Scope Check

Editors evaluate the manuscript's suitability with the journal's scope and basic formatting. Manuscripts that do not align with the scope will be rejected, and authors will be notified via email.

2
Originality Verification (Plagiarism Check)
Authenticity is verified using Plagiarism Detector X. The maximum allowable similarity index is 25%. Exceeding this limit results in automatic rejection.
3
Technical Review

Section editors verify the manuscript against the latest JPMM Journal format. Inconsistency in formatting leads to rejection.

4
Double-Blind Peer Review

Manuscripts are reviewed by at least one expert reviewer. We apply a Blind Review method. If reviewers have conflicting decisions, an additional reviewer will be appointed for a final assessment.

Note: Reviewers are selected based on their relevant track record in accredited scientific journals.
5
Review Timeline

The review process is completed within a maximum of 5 (five) weeks from the reviewer's acceptance of the assignment.
